A Child Waits Foundation Adoption Grant

A Child Waits Foundation is a nonprofit, charitable foundation formed in 1998. The organization’s goal is to increase the number of children who are adopted by providing adoption grants and low interest loans to eligible families to help offset some of the costs of adoption.

A Child Waits reviews grant applications from anyone adopting internationally regardless of marital status, race, religion, or national origin. The grant program was designed to assist families pursuing international adoptions to bring children living in orphanages into permanent families. The mission is to prevent children from living their entire childhood in an orphanage without the warmth and love of a family. Every child deserves a family and A Child Waits wants to unite children longing for parents with parents longing for children.
